Style <result> element (#286)

This PR contains a proof-of-concept and fixes #286:

• Implement <result> as last possible element of <procedure>.
• Introduce a <div class="result" container for the result element.
• Use hard-coded "Result" term for the time being.

TODOs:

• "Result" term needs to be localized.
• Applied to FO as well.

• Implement <result> as last element inside <step>.

What needs to be discussed:

• Do we want to have a "Results" label? Or should it better some kind of arrow as shown in https://github.com/openSUSE/suse-xsl/pull/430#issuecomment-786004943 ?
• As <result> contains lots of possible children, how do we render these children after the first para?

I think we don't need a label, it only causes problems with translations. Not sure if we need anything graphical at all. A simple just like the one before the steps would do and we can stick to the indention levels + margins we have there.

I've added rudimentary support for result in suse2022-ns stylesheets. This is how it looks in HTML (PDF is similar):

As you can see, it does nothing special. It just avoids any errors. I think, this should be fine for the time being. We we really want to make it appear different, we can open another issue for this.
