Output usage when using --help/-h option
Enable parallel processing with -j [<N>]/--jobs[[= ]<N>]
In GitHub Action file ci.yml:
- Install parallel and use -j for validate-xslt

Hmn. Although the speed gain is much lower than I expected (or it is not stable), I think I'll merge it anyway. It can also act as an example of how to use parallel locally.

Update: on my 12 core home desktop machine, there is indeed a speed gain:

Method	Time
Sequential	0m41s
Parallel	0m13s

So for local testing purpose, it's a bit better.
