Update ruby-trello #175

Trollolo doesn't work with Ruby 2.4 because of using an old version of ruby-trello. :bowtie:

Fixes https://github.com/openSUSE/trollolo/issues/139.

DO NOT MERGE - I need to check that the test failures do not mean that the code doesn't work.

I have already tried it. Trollolo seems to work perfectly for Ruby 2.4 and Ruby 2.5 now. There are few test failing, but I think that this can be fixed later.

I'll also make a new release including this :wink:
