Deployed to en-test.o.o, looks as usual. I'll deploy to the production wikis in a few days.
A quick test shows that this "little" change reduces the page load time by about 1 second :-)
Wiki styles and scripts have been moved to chameleon and hosted at static.opensuse.org
This PR remove all these files from skin and use remote files from static.opensuse.org
It should be much faster. And the style/function doesn't change.
