Community and social networks area updated #46

Updated the most important social networks. Now it should fit again for quite a while. ;)

Hi @salkin01 , I have included your links in my PR of updating design/layout. You can check it at https://en-test.opensuse.org/

Links to websites are now all in the first black navbar. "More" dropdown contains social links, etc. If you are satisfied with the update, then we can close this PR.
