Unified navbar with mega menu and dark mode toggler #52

new navbar has two extra icons: one for dark mode switch, one for mega menu modal. it is closer to the original one.

Thanks, merged and deployed on en-test.opensuse.org.

I don't see any obvious problems on en-test.o.o, therefore - should I also deploy to the production wikis?
