Support for more package manager options for commands

For instance, I would like to be able to use

• --noscripts
• ‐‐nopreun, ‐‐nopostun
• --notriggers
• ‐‐notriggerun, ‐‐notriggerpostun

for both install and remove.

Possibly this would warrant something more generic? As there are way more options, at least for RPM.
