fix command option and revise format. [Check needed] #23

  1. There is no option called relo in command vcdbg. It should be reloc. Test its(sudo /opt/vc/bin/vcdbg reloc stats) output is the same as photo.
  2. Code with tab will make readme preview unfriendly to read
