Firmware for picosoc #3

The firmware that you use for this demo seems to be different from the regular picosoc software. Are there instructions for generating it (for example to customise the baud rate)

Genesys2 picosoc works now with external 10MHz TCXO PMOD. UART has been hacked for 115200 baud for now, need to figure how to build the software conditionally. Checked in on branch genesys2-picosoc-hack
