Replace duplicate secrets template #77

I have created a lot of branches (over 2 dozen apparently) that I think have improvements but I'm not sure how to consolidate them (and some are probably too customized to be of interest) so I'll create pull requests for the branches that I think have the widest appeal.

@adaminfinitum Thank you for your interest and support of FAE.

Some of the changes are not of interest to me in this pull request, like the links to outer tools and the removal of some of donate links. But other parts are useful like the removal duplicate secretes file and improved documentation and abstracting the google analytics.

My servers are a mess right now so an expired certificate would be no surprise, thanks for letting me know.

Sorry the pull requests aren't "cleaner" I'm still learning branching and merging in git, and I made changes (like remove the donate section on the home page) that I intended just for my own version without thinking about keeping it separate for pull requests when I made the changes.

I've been working a lot recently on the documentation and I created a branch called docs-in-their-own-directory where I moved all the docs, except the project README, into a folder called documentation (this branch has been merged into my master).

I haven't revised and edited the docs to make sure they are all correct and consistent (right now they are more of my working notes) but will submit a pull request once I have.

I will make a new branch to include some of the fixes you have made and then do a merge. Not a top priority for me, but I will try to get it done by the end of next week. Thank you for your help and interest in FAE.
