This might more of a request for documentation or a double check than anything that has been updated (although there are small updates), to files in the populate directory.
I was looking through pop_all.py and I noticed that some of the other files in that directory appear unused such as fix_rc_slugs.py and that pop_subscriptions.py seems to have been renamed to update_user_profiles.py or pop_institutional_profiles.py (both of those files have a note in the comment at line 16 identifying them as populate/pop_subscriptions.py).
I'm uncertain what the in line comment reading "...run as standalone script" means. Should any thing else be included or updated in pop_all.py?
