Include the URL of the session page in the data block #51

It's important to include a URL for the related session page within the data block. This should be a page on the British Orienteering website where more information about the session can be found.

This is also due to be added to the next version of the spec: https://github.com/openactive/realtime-paged-data-exchange/issues/20
