editorial: fix syntax for combined HTML and markdown #243

ReSpec can only render markdown that is mixed in with HTML if there are full line breaks between the HTML and the markdown.

This fixes instances in the spec where markdown is being shown in the browser instead of rendered properly, mostly seen with links.
