Only |(late!) comment on booking spec is has there been any discussion around the introduction of some generic mechanic for validation of booking, as in record of attendance (anonymous or otherwise)? I realise this could be seen as the service provider issue (some of whom will have a SCV and be doing it?) but if some sort of automated generic follow up could be incorporated into the API (if such a thing is possible) recognising a activity/date/payment and 24 hours post event ping an email/text with “did you go”, and even a rating/poll score, that would be very insightful for everyone in terms of drop rates by activity types, by social demographic profile, location and even add in some other data sets such as weather, national events, news stories etc?
