Use Case
Waist Management are planning to run some running events. Because the events are mass participation, and in light of Covid restrictions, the date of these events is uncertain. They would like to use open data to invite people to register interest in these events - rather than booking onto a specific date/time.
Why is this needed?
Open data requires a date/time for published activities so currently a "registration of interest" (with no specific date / time) could not be published.
Proposal
Making date / time an optional field - acknowledging that this introduces issues with regard to the ordering / display of activities in finders.
