Rename schema:paymentMethod in 11.2.3.3 #184

paymentMethod is currently specified as "must not be used, and is reserved for future versions of this specification".

In keeping with this, rename schema:paymentMethod from 11.2.3.3 Extension example: Integrated Payments to acme:paymentType.
