Minor Clarification in §5.5.5.1 - only mark for approval those Offers that require it #195

I suggest changing:

If an Offer requires this Minimal Proposal Implementation, the Booking System must include the openBookingFlowRequirement of https://openactive.io/OpenBookingApproval in the Offers within its open data

to (changes in bold):

For any Offer that an Offer requires this Minimal Proposal Implementation, the Booking System must include the openBookingFlowRequirement of https://openactive.io/OpenBookingApproval in that Offer the Offers within its open data

I was just checking that a Booking System could support both (1). Offers that required approval and (2). those that didn't - and the quoted sentence confused me.
