URL Discovery using the Dataset Site #94

The specification proposes to centralise URL discovery in the Dataset site, along with the feeds themselves.

Feedback on this approach welcome.

A related question: where do we document the rest of the Dataset site JSON-LD structure?

Comment from Legend: The term Dataset and Dataset site seem to have no references in the spec or on openactive.io.

The discovery challenge has now been moved into a separate specification, the latest thinking on which can be found here: https://github.com/openactive/dataset-api-discovery/issues/2
