Error in `/data` breadcrumbs #379

Describe the bug When I click the numeral in the /data breadcrumbs (possibly a source ID?) I get a 404.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://batch.openaddresses.io/data/591/history#map=6.27/45.779/15.923
  2. Click the "591" in the breadcrumbs

Expected behavior I expect to see a summary/landing page for the source.
