Openaddresses trademark #5

I could see benefits of doing this, especially if there may be a chance of forming some kind of 501(c)(3).

I couldn't find any active registrations for "openaddresses" with USPTO using this

Might be hard to get this as a trademark—we fall pretty far to the wrong side of the spectrum of distinctiveness.

That's hard to say. Stamen's lawyers were able to snag Maptime despite the fact that there were at least a couple other examples of its use by other entities.
