I don't have a button: "Develop your own plugin" #269

I followed the steps described in the documentation, but I can't apply because I can't create my own plugin in the plugin store. How can i do this?

You still need to apply to waitlist and be approved for plug-in development

Are there updated instructions to test local apis? OpenAI discontinued plugins in favor of GPTs
