When a user tries to copy a large prompt the UI gliches #424

So I was working on some research paper and I provided GPT (3.5) with a big prompt and when I tried to copy that prompt it start glitching the UI.

An introduction of a new scroll bar which can scroll the whole GPT interface I am attaching images here
