All pages under gym.openai.com have the same title #363

I've had a bunch of gym tabs open over the last couple days, and finding the one I want is really hard because they're all called "OpenAI Gym". It'd be great if pages had more descriptive titles like, "Docs", "MountainCar-v0", "Algorithms", etc.

(Sorry, I know this is kind of trifling. It seems like there's no public repo for the site, but if there were, I would be happy to just fix this myself and submit a P.R.)
