where to submit solutions? #8

What file/directory should we state solutions in?

We have already worked on dqn+RAM (http://arxiv.org/abs/1605.01335).

Just add a "Solutions" section to the relevant problem, with a link to your paper! i.e. <hr /> <h3> Solutions </h3> <p> ... </p>
