error when import sega_classics #8

when I run on mac python -m retro.import.sega_classics

it shows that Steam Guard code: 8H42C Downloading games... "@sSteamCmdForcePlatformType" = "windows" ERROR! Failed to install app '34270' (No subscription)

and, do I need to pay for all the games before importing them?

Problem solved:

  1. yes, you need to buy the three games in steam
  2. on my mac, the import script "python -m retro.import.sega_classics" does not work, my solution is to install the games on a windows, then copy the "uncompressed ROMs" to mac, and run python -m retro.import uncompressed ROMs
