Purpose of this contribution☺️:

Improved docstring for clarity.(Refer to the TORCH.CUDA.MEMORY_ALLOCATED in the PyTorch doc.)
Switched to f-string for memory usage output.
Enhanced memory allocation precision with accurate GB calculation and two decimal formatting.
