kpimon metrics not OK #70

metrics are Not OK, I receive "-1" for available PRBs, QCI=0 We investigated issue from KPIMON & srsRAN side, itseems both are working well but there should be an issue, maybe srsRAN are not sending metrics to E2 interface coreectly,

I upgraded the kpimon to resolve the issue, it is working for me.
