I'll need to re-use the <Dates> structure from #144 within the <Medium>s. I'm therefore adding a new L2 heading to the guidelines document: Common Parts under CRIS information elements relevant for OpenAIRE. Thereunder will now lie the one case: a DatesStructure__Group.
