There are some more modern ResearcherIDs that have three-letter prefixes. Examples: AAC-9650-2019 (taken from the researcher's public ORCID record) or GRJ-8066-2022 (from the researcher's public ORCID record). We need to also support these forms.

The relevant description in Wikidata expanded the regular expression in 2020.
