The two ORCID iD ranges need to include their upper limits #157

https://orcid.org/0000-0003-5000-0001 has been assigned. Although it is one iD too many (20,000,001 iDs) for the first block, it looks like the upper limits of the reserved intervals have to be included as admissible.

We therefore need to expand our regular expressions in the ORCID__Type.
