Would it make sense to allow Language for Patents also?

Description: The language of the patents. Please use the IETF language tags as described in the IETF BCP 47 document.

use: optional (0..1) representation: XML element Language

CERIF: any CERIF entity to be linking could have with the https://w3id.org/cerif/vocab/LanguageTags semantics
