Urls correction #82

Some corrections for #73 to be aligned with existing vocabularies.

Correct last urls so that they match the new vocabularies, or external vocabularies. This pull request + https://github.com/EuroCRIS/CERIF-Vocabularies/pull/7 should resolve the missing vocabularies from #73 . Still some work to be done regarding missing terms in existing vocabularies.
