Could the version number also an attribute of oaire:file? #29

In the guidelines of FileLocation ( https://openaire-guidelines-for-literature-repository-managers.readthedocs.io/en/v4.0.0/field_filelocation.html ) is the version missed.

It could be the reference to a specific version of a file like resourceVersion ( https://openaire-guidelines-for-literature-repository-managers.readthedocs.io/en/v4.0.0/field_resourceversion.html ) .

And I would also invite @jdvorak001 to this thread.
