Issues preventing approval of the Data Archive guidelines

@lnielsen could you please go over the rst files of the data archive guidelines and verify the html and pdf compiled versions. I noticed at least the following:

• this link (originally from the datacite metadata kernel doc) http://dictionary.casrai.org/Research-personnel-profile/contributions/outputs/publications points to an empty page
• the csv table used in section application profile overview doesn't fit in the pdf
• I replaced hyphen chars by minus chars due to UTF-8 issues in LaTeX; seems it solved the issue with pdf compilation
