Okay, thanks ! scons install seems now okay but some new pb with install dirs remains (cf travis details), any (new) clue ?

If you want to fix the problem, you have to build caribu using conda rather than directly with python setup.py install

That is:

• create a local cona directory
• in travis build the package with conda build -c openalea -c conda-forge
• Then conda install --use-local openalea.caribu

However, it seems that I introduce a bug when I build a non-conda package in a conda environment. Thanks
