Remove model options #2

Some options were defined in for using the model (retro-inhibition of sugars in Ag ; surfacic N vs surfacic proteins). The model should be recalibrated to work with last features only

By default, the model will run with the last features (retro-inhibition of sugars in Ag ; surfacic N vs surfacic proteins). If I remove the model options, the simulations of the examples 'NEMA' and 'Vegetative_stages' will have to use the last feastures. Then, the simulation results might be really different.
