Wrong layout of tree_matching #4

@pfernique error in tree_matching tree_matching contains both tree_matching and tree_matching2. tree_matching depends on amlobj and vplants.mtg. The sub-directory tree_matching2 seems to be the complete package.

Have been fixed by @pfernique
