add utilities for caribu projection screeen tuning (need develop version of caribu)

Typical simulations will have between 50 and 500 plants at a density of approximately 200 plants/m²

In a simulation with 100 plants, there is no significant difference between the outputs of WALTer with CARIBU_screen_res = 1536 and CARIBU_screen_res = 3100
