…e new "Redeploy" task result

Changed REST API Uri and filtered task by numbers (highest one in the release) to get result from latest task for Rollback (in case of Redeploy)

solution for issue #37

We found an alternate fix for this issue by passing the attempt number to the rollback script as well. Closing this PR without merging the change.
