Here is an example format from me, try editing the --input _dir path to your folder directory where your images are stored:

python crop_plates.py --input_dir C:\Users\computername\Desktop\Trainer\train-detector\yaml --out_dir ph --plate_width 390 --plate_height 140

Hi @JoJo-Joestar i am training ph plate also did you encounter , i installed leptonica which req for tesseract but i encounter this probllem (env) losabio@losabio-System-Product-Name:~/ENV/leptonica-1.71$ ./make-for-auto mv: cannot stat 'src/makefile': No such file or directory mv: cannot stat 'prog/makefile': No such file or directory have Sir encounter this or know how to solve this problem i really need to move on the next phase

@Kristyan01 the length and width in prep.py should be proportional to the actual length and width of the plate.

@JoJo-Joestar Sir. what if, my positives has different sizes ? but same aspect ratio. what should I do? example sir. i have a pos with size of 1200 by 600. then the others are 120 by 60.

and the size are pixel sir, right?

Good Day Sir. Are you done training the detector? I'm on the process of training wherein I already run the neg, pos and train using prep.py. Then it gives me the training 0 stage. But I am not sure on what is happening to it. I don't know if it stopped or still continuing. I'm almost 7 hours here on this stage? Is it normal? I have 3093 positive pictures.
