Refactor ALTO server by a modular design #19

Divided ALTO server deployment into three components:

frontend: handle platform-independent ALTO information resource computation
db: provide a unified data broker abstraction layer for different backend database systems
agent: fetch data from different types of data sources and feed into the data broker

Several demo-specific configurations are also provided.
