Print preview always shows responsive tabs. #72

Regardless of viewport width tabs are always converted to accordion in print preview. This is in both chrome and ie. To reporduce simply look at the print preview of your own github index page.

That's because your printer makes it small enough that it switches. If you print on larger paper it would still be in tabs. It would be nice to have it fixed for printers, but I don't use this project, so I'm not going to be fixing it.
