EDGAR JSONs not being written properly #78

open any JSON output file in Sublime Text 3

[x] there should NOT be an open bracket { before "accession_num"
[x] but there SHOULD be an open square bracket [ after "presentation"

less important:

[x] files with "nciks" > 1 and "aciks" not null are seeing these fields written before line, when they should be after "statement_report"

use AEE as test stock - it has all three of these problems
