Creation of subject report (SDTM based) #8

Hello,

Great package and Thank you for sharing with the broader community. Greatly appreciated!

Wondering how can we compile the PDF report - "Creation of subject report", in the Windows environment? And what kind of LaTeX environment settings are required so as to generate the PDF report.

Am facings texi2dvi issues (Error: running 'texi2dvi' on 'subjectProfile.tex' failed) while running the createSubjectProfileReport function -

# create report pathReport <- "subjectProfile_SDTM.pdf" createSubjectProfileReport( listPlots = list( dmPlots, mhPlots, cmPlots, exPlots, aePlots, lbLinePlots ), outputFile = pathReport )

Greatly appreciate directions/tips in this matter.

Thanks for your interest in the package! To have LaTeX available in Windows, you may install MiKTeX (or TeXLive): see installation instructions for MixTex in Windows.
