We faced a strange issue today.
We tried to launch a new environment suing shinyproxy operator and we found that shinyproxy instance is not getting launched.
We are following the same steps like we did in the past.
In order to be sure, we destroyed the existing running shinyproxy instance and then we saw that it is also not launching a new shinyproxy instance.
Do you know what might have broken this?
It is particularly strange because we have an env which is already running and it is not showing any issues
