distribution for ARM macOS #31

I'll put that on my wishlist.

Hey, I would love to add a build for macOS with ARM. Since I don't own a M1/M2 mac, I cannot build it myself and instead rely on github actions for builds. At some point I might be able to get builds on ARM or will be open for contributions of builds. But for now, the manual struggle is not really worth it, since the tool is not stable yet.

This would be easy if GitHub added an ARM macOS runner to GitHub actions. Unfortunately that is on their roadmap only for Q3/Q4 2023...

Can we then also look out for ARM builds for Linux and perhaps rock5 ones? :eyes:
