It's the "Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE (lisa) Reset_EFS.rar" I refer to here.

Do you own the device and would be willing to test the installer?

I have not had any luck finding out much about it

EFS partition contains your IMEI. If you delete/wipe that partition, your phone will not be able to phone, since your ISP will not recognize your phone... Don't flash "Reset_EFS.rar" if it does what the name suggests!
