User must be able to define rows and columns for static grid
Column within the grid should support Text Boxes, Combo/radio boxes, Check boxes, Date, etc.

User should be able to define questions that have repetitive answers in a tabular format. These questions could be of the following types:

Radio
Checkbox
Text box

This format is very application specific and would make more sense for the application team to develop. The framework team can provide implementation guidance
