Current Behavior

user is not able to use touch event ( 2 in 1 desktop) to sign on signature compoent

Expected Behavior

User should be able to use touch event / signtuate on 2 in 1 systems .

How to Reproduce the Issue

Steps to Reproduce

any desktop with touch support should be able to recreate.
