Selection Tools

Add new Selection Tools that enhance the users ability to intelligently select nodes. Categories of tools to include:

• GUI controls to select by node parameter ranges, selection set size and probe the environment for a matching pattern of characteristics.
• Console boolean logic with ranges, (perhaps use MySQL select syntax).
• Script logic with parameters that can be tied to custom GUI controls (issue #129,) with ability to edit the script at runtime, (most likely using Python scripting issue #179).

Select by node level and type (branch vs leaf, etc.) ie:

• sel branches level=(2:5)
• sel leafs level=(2:3)
• sel leafs all/none
• sel leafs geo=5

Set commands:

set rotate_x=2.5 set color_id=42
